Sponsorship Opportunities

As with most amateur sports clubs Newham Cricket Club relies heavily on its members and supporters for fundraising. In the past 12 months the club has spent more than £6000 maintaining the facilities and ground keeping equipment from its own funds.

Looking ahead we have identified several possible fundraising ideas aimed at helping the club meet the challenges presented as well as investing in coaching equipment and the playing facilities.

Clubhouse sponsorship

Score box sponsorship

Kit sponsorship

sponsor’s name and logo printed on club kit which can be purchased by players and supporters via our online club shop

Match ball sponsorship

sponsor’s name and logo displayed on a sign in the clubhouse and on the club Twitter page for the week prior to the game
advert on the club Facebook page for the week prior to the game
advert on the club website with a link to sponsor’s website for the week prior to the game
sponsor’s name mentioned in the match report sent to the local press after the game

Perimeter Signs

Businesses are invited to advertise on boundary boards mounted on to the fences around Flanders field. The cost is £250 per year for a minimum 3 year contract, or £700 upfront.

The advertiser is responsible for the cost of the manufacture and installation of the board. The boards are Aluminium Composite and are 6ft x 2ft or 10ft x 2ft.

The advertisements on the boundary boards will be seen by thousands of people who visit our grounds. This would include players, friends, family and other visitors to private functions arranged in the clubhouse.

Club members and visitors should consider this opportunity to advertise their businesses at very competitive rates whilst also supporting the club in its efforts to generate revenue. This offer is open to members’ families and friends and to the general public as well.
